Editorial policy

Research before writing

Every comparison starts with a research phase that accounts for the large majority of the work. We collect features and pricing from the product websites themselves - not from aggregators - and record a verification date for every price we publish.

Real reviews, always attributed

User quotes come exclusively from real, linkable sources such as G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, GetApp and Product Hunt. We never invent reviews or attributions, and for every two positive quotes we include at least one critical one per product.

No winners for sale

Editorial positions, ratings and rankings are never for sale. Companies can pay for clearly labeled extras (see how we make money), but a paid placement gets the same honest treatment - pros and cons - as any other product, and an editorial mention is never removed for not paying.

Corrections

Spotted something wrong? Report a correction. We re-verify the claim against primary sources and either fix it (with an updated date) or explain why we stand by it.

Compliance claims

Claims about certifications and regulations (GDPR, SOC 2, and the like) are verified per product against the vendor’s own documentation before publication.
