Stackreferee publishes independent software comparisons. Vendors can work with us in a few clearly defined ways - all of them labeled, none of them buying editorial opinion. The one thing that is never for sale is what we say: rankings, scores, pros and cons follow our research, not payment. That policy is what makes a placement here worth having. What you can request
Sponsored inclusion in an existing comparison
If your product genuinely fits a category we cover but isn't in the article yet, you can request a sponsored inclusion. We run the same research process on your product as on every other tool (pricing verification, real user quotes, pros and cons), the placement carries a visible "Sponsored" label, and we cap paid inclusions at two per article. If the product doesn't fit the category, we decline - relevance is checked editorially first.
Profile upgrade
Vendors already covered in an article can upgrade their presence: an extended profile, a lead form, an embeddable badge that links back to the comparison, and a monthly performance report. The upgrade changes how much space your listing gets, never what the editorial verdict says or where you rank.
Request coverage of your category
You can suggest a comparison we haven't written yet - your product alongside its established competitors. We prioritize by search demand and editorial fit, and if we write it, we research every tool in it independently. Suggesting an article is free; its contents are not negotiable.
