Our independence is the product. That only works if you can see exactly how money flows through this site, so here it is.

Free editorial coverage

Every product we cover gets a free editorial mention based on our own research. That mention is never removed or downgraded because a company doesn’t pay us.

Paid upgrades

Companies featured in our articles can pay for extras: an extended profile, featured placement (always labeled “Sponsored”), a lead form, an embeddable badge, and a monthly performance report. Paid links carry rel="sponsored".

Sponsored inclusions

Companies that fit a category but aren’t yet covered can pay a yearly fee to be added - maximum two per article, only after our editors confirm the product genuinely belongs in the category, always labeled as sponsored, and with the same honest treatment (pros and cons) as every other product. The company buys the placement, never the content.
